TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Conditions of Sale apply exclusively for the "Dezile Tour", corresponding to the stay of our company DEZILE SARL on the territory of Guadeloupe for the period announced on our website www.dezile.com  and social networks (Facebook and Instagram: @dezilebeauty).  

 

PRICES AND SERVICES

The services covered by these general conditions are as follows:

 

- OPTION 1. HD EYEBROW MICROPIGMENTATION 200€

This service includes only one session.

Anyone with previous permanent eyebrow makeup done by another institute

are not eligible.

- OPTION 2. EYELASH EXTENSION 95€

People with weakened, very curly and tangled eyelashes are not eligible.

- OPTION 3. The HD MICROPIGMENTATION + EYELASH EXTENSION PACKAGE 265€ 

If this option is chosen, the two services must be provided one after the other for one and the same person.

 

SERVICE LOCATION

We will be located in the Commune of SAINT-FRANÇOIS. The exact address will be communicated to you by SMS after confirmation of your reservation.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Our services will be invoiced including VAT according to the price list above.

 

The payment of your benefits will be done in 2 steps:

1. DEPOSIT N°1: 30% of the price of your services, when you make your reservation.

2. DEPOSIT N°2: The balance of your services, 1 week prior to the start date communicated.*

A PAYPAL payment link will be sent to you by email.

 

CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS AND DELAYS

 

By the customer :

- In case of cancellation or absence on the day of your appointment, the deposits paid will not be refunded.

- A delay of more than 30 minutes will result in the cancellation of the appointment without refund.

- Any session started is due in full.

- We may be delayed (up to 1 hour) due to the difficulty of the previous client's case. Unfortunately, we will not be able to warn you or inform you in advance. We therefore advise you to choose a day without constraints when making your reservation.

- If you cannot wait due to our delay, you will forfeit your payment in full.

 

By DEZILE:

- In the event of cancellation by us, the payments made by the customer to DEZILE will be fully reimbursed.
