These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Dezile and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Dezile Institute's merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Dezile.

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the site of

Dezile. These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks.

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

The detail of the services corresponds to the service carried out in an institute or during the Dezile Tour.

    Prices

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices inclusive of VAT in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and the reservation; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services.

Dezile reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The prices indicated do not include transport and delivery costs.

    Geographical area

The online sale of products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in Martinique and the department in which the DEZILE TOUR takes place; the Guadeloupe.

    Orders

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service, must:

- make the payment under the conditions provided;

Confirmation of the order entails:

   Payment terms

When booking:

A deposit of 30% will be paid to confirm the reservation.

At the request of the buyer, he will be sent a paper invoice showing the VAT.

The payment of the balance of the price of the service will be the day of the performance.

Special method of payment Concerning the DEZILE TOUR:

    Right of withdrawal or cancellation
Any cancellation or withdrawal must occur 72 hours before the service.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the expiry of the withdrawal or cancellation period.

The deposit will be transformed into Credit for 1 (one) year at the customer's convenience. Dezile will provide an agreement voucher valid for 1 year.

Otherwise, a withdrawal or cancellation on your part of this reservation contract, having required a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
